  1. Procedure Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Once a proper infringement notification is received, Newyorkshelter will:

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
  1. Repeat Infringer Policy

Newyorkshelter takes intellectual property rights seriously. We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be “repeat infringers.” A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or has had infringing content removed from our platform more than twice.

  1. Modifications

Newyorkshelter reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to newyorkshelter.com.
